Reward Works evolved naturally from its publishing roots in the early 1990s. Through the mid-nineties until 2007 we specialised in workplace communication – pioneering low cost, effective media channels in the employee environment. This still remains a key component in what we do today, with the addition of our Benefits and Reward solutions for public and private sector businesses across the UK.
We have a fantastic team of 27 talented people, working from our head office in Cardiff and other locations throughout the UK. We place great value on face-to-face communication and believe passionately in our mission statement:

This is reinforced by our Investors in People accreditation (since 2001) and ISO9001 Quality and 14001 Environmental accreditations (2011).
