We are a business working out of modern offices in Cardiff Gate Business Park and established for 30 years, now part of a wider global business called Terryberry. We have built a reputation for our expertise in creating great solutions for our clients in both public and private sectors. The role will be in support of the iCOM Reward part of the business which work primarily in the Voluntary Benefits, Reward and Recognition market.
We build benefit and reward programmes to fit our client’s objectives whilst creating much-needed value to employees and members. Our innovative benefit and reward schemes save users £1,000s on big purchases and every-day spend through discounts on everyday items including travel, insurance, utilities, leisure days and eating out.
Additionally, these products are supported by a wider group of employee benefits (we refer to these as product partners) which include salary sacrifice/deduction benefits such as Cycle 2 Work, low emission vehicle, technology schemes and a range of services such as health, mental and financial well-being in the workplace.
